If you are not already familiar with the three venues in the group, we strongly suggest you visit them all, either in person or on a website tour, as each offers a unique ‘flavour’ and different employment opportunities. The HRG fleet includes Frank Bar & Restaurant on the Hobart waterfront for a South American feast, Smolt Kitchen on Hill Street, West Hobart, which offers a calmer family-friendly atmosphere and our newest little sister, Suzie Lucks Canteen & Cocktail Bar in Salamanca square bringing the fun of Asia to our shores.
We seek much more than ‘two hands and a heartbeat’ – and we will give back much more than a pat on the back and a pay slip. Our new ‘crew members’ receive formal induction and mentoring which eases them into an inclusive workplace community with a strong commitment to a shared ‘Service Goal’ of Excellence.
